Service Scope:
Wet Service at Home:
- Wet servicing involves cleaning of indoor unit filters, coils, blades and outer panel.
- Outer unit will be cleaned of debris and bird droppings wherever possible.
- Drain pipe will be checked for any leakages.
- Cleaning space for the servicing like yard/balcony/ bathroom has to be provided by customer.
- High pressure jet will not be used as it may damage the electricals.
- Wet servicing doesnt guarantee improved cooling.
- Cleaning space for the servicing like yard/balcony/bathroom will need to be provided by customer.
Breakdown service at Workshop:
- Service provider will carry the Indoor or Outdoor or both as required at their workshop.
- Wet servicing at the workshop will be done with pressure jet washers.
- AC will be checked of any leakages and leakages will be rectified wherever possible.
- Anti-Corrosive Spray Treatment will be done to protect the coil.
- Price is inclusive of transportation and Gas Top Up Charging.
- Complete diagnosis of AC will be done to understand the issues with AC (if any).
- Any element of part replacement would be charged extra as per recommendation of champ.

Actual charges will be decided once the serviceman visits to your home or office. Resfix charges will be always as affordable as possible. However after inspection, if the service process is expected to take more time we will let you know the estimated time and charges. Our focus is solve your plumbing problem to your satisfaction.
Air Condition servicing normally takes 30-60 minutes depending on size of the AC. However, Installation/removal/gas charging of AC may take 45-90 minutes. Time required to repair AC will depend upon the actual issue/problem identified by our technical team.
To install a new AC included laying of pipe, installation of indoor unit brackets, installation of outdoor unit, connecting indoor and outdoor unit with piping and setting up electrical connections. During installation, there may be some requirement of other services/material which will be available at additional prices like pipes, gas charging, electrical wires, bracket, stands, conceal for piping, electrical switch, water pipes drainage etc.
Prices include labor & transportation charges. Prices are fixed basis on type task, number and size of the AC and civil work etc.
Resfix team just need your society permission to enter your premises and electricity & water connection to get going. Please provide all the necessary material to Resfix tem for installation of AC or you can request our champs to arrange it for you to your satisfaction.
