How treatment is done?

1. Using baiting technology in which gel is applied in sensitive areas such as electrical control boxes, computers, kitchen cabinets etc.
2. Insects & cockroaches consume the gel and go back to their hideout where they eventually die.
3. Other cockroaches eat the poisoned roaches and the entire colony is killed. Hence, the treatment takes 6-7 days to be effective.

Pre-treatment Instructions

1. No need to cover up instruments or empty drawers as it is a herbal treatment.
2. No need to leave premises & can be done during working hours as treatment is odorless.

Post treatment Instructions

1. Seal possible entry points, for cockroaches around drain lines near bathroom, WC etc.
2. Ensure proper and daily disposal of garbage & daily cleaning to maintain hygiene.
3. Go for AMC as single service does not ensure non-recurrence of cockroaches if the area is not kept clean.

Service Scope & Terms:

• Premium Pest Control is for control of cockroaches, black ants, red ants and silverfish. Annual Service includes 4 services in one year with gap of 3 months.
• The treatment comprises use of baiting technology that provides maximum efficacy against target insects and minimum impact on human activity.
• Cockroaches consume the gel and go back to their hideout where they eventually die. Other cockroaches eat the poisoned roaches and thus the entire colony is killed. Therefore it takes 15-20 days for this treatment to be effective.
• The total treatment should take 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size of the house.
• The chemicals used in this service are odorless and more effective than the conventional spraying methods.
• The treatment will be carried out in sensitive areas such as electrical control boxes, computers, kitchen cabinets etc.
• There is no need to leave the premises during & after the treatment or do any special preparations prior to the treatment like emptying drawers, covering up sensitive equipment’s, computers etc.
• This treatment can be carried out during working hours without any disturbance.
• Rework warranty will be provided for one year from the first service date.
• The following points should be ensured post treatment as preventive measures:

Service Scope & Terms:

• This process for control of termites includes the following:

o Treatment to wall and floor junction: Holes of 12 mm dia. 30 cms apart will be drilled along the inner junction of wall and floor in the entire premises, wherever feasible. Water based chemical emulsion will be injected under pressure into these holes, to create a barrier against Termites
o Treatment to soil under floor: If the subject premises are on the ground floor and if the cracks are noticed on the floor because of construction joints, expansion joints or shrinkage, the soil below floor needs to be treated. Holes of 12mm dia. 30 cms apart will be drilled along the cracks only and water based chemical emulsion will be injected. o
Treatment to Wooden Fixtures: Holes of 12mm dia will be drilled at the base of wooden fixtures such as window frames and door frames (except basement/terrace) and chemical emulsion will be injected. Oil based chemical will be sprayed on all the woodwork infested by termites within the premises.
o Treatment to Termite Tubes: Visible shelter mud tubes will be removed and the infested area is treated with water based chemical emulsion.
• All the drilled holes will be sealed and made good using cement. The Initial treatment carried out shall be followed by quarterly inspection visits and treatment as and when required.
• Rework will be provided only if the complaint is received within 30 days of service taken.
• Please note the treatment could be modified depending on the site conditions.

Service Scope & Terms:

• This treatment includes 2 services within a gap of 15-17 days. The total treatment period is of 45 days.

• The process for this treatment includes:

o The mattresses containing the bed bugs is sprayed with a odorless liquid emulsion. This is done to bait the bedbugs and to exterminate the adult bugs
o The 2nd treatment is carried out 17-19 days later, it is meant to exterminate the larvae that remain alive post the 1st treatment.
• Rework will be provided only if the complaint is received within 30 days of first service.
• Please note: The gap between 1st and 2nd treatment should not be more than 20 days as otherwise the effectiveness of the treatment is lost.

Service Scope & Terms:

• This treatment consists of spraying of odorless repellent all over on walls and dark places within the house.
• Ensure surface ia allowed to dry for 2-3 hours after the treatment. This forms a fine layer of repellant all over which mosquitoes cannot sustain & die out as they sit on the surface.
• This layer gets depleted over time so regular treatment is recommended for better results.
• There is NO WARRANTY on this treatment as the effectiveness of treatment depends on precautions and external environment to large extent as mosquitoes are migrant pests and move from nearby locality to your home.

• Precautions for effective Mosquito control include:
o Keeping windows and doors closed specially during the evening between 5 PM to 7 PM. o Prevention of stagnation of water in and around the area.
o Periodic cleaning of potential breeding places like flower bed, garden, plant pots, water tanks etc.

o This treatment consists of trapping technology which includes fixing of gum boards and traps at key locations inside the premises. These are completely non-toxic to humans.
o The rats and mice will get trapped on boards and traps.
o There is NO WARRANTY on this treatment as the effectiveness of treatment depends on external environment to large extent.

• For Outdoor Premises
o This treatment consists of baiting and trapping technology which includes fixing of gum boards and traps at key locations in the premises. Rat Poison cakes are placed on key locations. These are completely non-toxic to humans.
o The rats and mice will either get trapped on the board or they will eat the rat poison and die in 3-4 hours.
o There is NO WARRANTY on this treatment as the effectiveness of treatment depends on external environment to large extent.

• Precautions for effective Rodent control include:
o Rat Proofing: Seal all the rat entry points like window bottoms, edge of doors, wooden walls, pipes etc.
o Keeping you premises free from garbage and food leftovers.
