Visiting charges are not charges that you pay to us but to Resfix vendor who has invested time, effort and commuting charges so as to fulfill your appointment. Therefore, if the order is not cancelled at least 2 hours in advance a nominal visiting fee will be levied.
This is service charge for the first 30 minutes of call where the technician fixes any minor problem. However after inspection, if the service process is expected to take more time we will let you know the estimated time and charges. And you can decide whether you want us to go ahead with the service or not. However, the minimum charges will be applicable on visit.
